Our Story

Before Pine Point Construction LLC ever existed, we were just a couple with a dream—to build a home that reflected who we were and how we wanted to live. We spent months planning every inch of that home: budgeting, designing, troubleshooting, and redrawing plans until it felt just right. Every detail mattered because this wasn’t just a house—it was the beginning of our future.

Our lot overlooked a quiet lake and was home to three towering oak trees. Preserving those oaks while capturing the best views became a personal mission. It meant revising layouts, reworking measurements, and starting over more than once. It was exhausting at times but worth every moment. 

When construction began, I was working full-time as a framing carpenter. My days started early on job sites and ended late building our home, framing, finishing, and learning every trade I could. I’ve framed a lot of homes but framing my own changed everything. It wasn’t just about measurements and materials anymore. It was about choosing where our family would gather, how light would pour into the living room, and which wall would hold our son’s growth chart. Every board carried meaning. Every nail helped shape a future.

One ritual that stuck with us through it all was simple but powerful: every evening, we’d pause to watch the sunset over the lake. Sometimes it marked the end of the day, but more often it was just a breath before switching on the work lights and getting back to it. That pause reminded us of the “why” behind all the hard work. Great construction isn’t just about finishes and structure, it’s about how a space makes you feel, what it allows you to enjoy, and the memories it holds.

That home, and everything it taught us, became the foundation for Pine Point Construction LLC.

Since then, I’ve gained hands-on experience across multiple trades, especially in plumbing and heating, understanding the systems that define comfort and longevity in a home. I've lived the process from every angle: homeowner, tradesman, project manager, and contractor. What I’ve learned is simple but essential quality craftsmanship at every step saves time, reduces costs, and delivers exceptional results.
